While earning my undergraduate degree, I spent two years working at the California Lutheran University Writing Center as a Consultant. This position consisted primarily of helping students improve their writing skills through individualized and tailored tutoring sessions.
Beyond the tutoring sessions, I also planned and carried out many staff parties for the cohesion of the department as well as graduate events for the diverse graduate student population. I also designed a number of "How To" documents, posters, and even the staff t-shirts.
