I started working at LOMC the summer of 2011 as a Camp Counselor, returned in 2012 as the Support Staff Coordinator, and was then promoted to the Summer Program Director for the 2013 season.
During my time at LOMC I designed and executed camp programs, managed the summer staff from initial interviews to training and evaluation, and created the summer curriculum and design materials.
