While working at Infocast, I coordinated over 20 events in a one-year period. For each of these events, I ensured all event logistics were properly budgeted, estimated, and scheduled. I also coordinated and executed logistical elements of all events including venue and vendor management, contract negotiations, AV, catering, and travel arrangements.
Most importantly, I also served as the on-site representative for the events I coordinated in order to make sure the event ran smoothly from beginning to end.
