During my second year at LOMC I worked as the Support Staff Coordinator. In this position I administered and executed camp programs, coordinated daily, weekly, and yearly events, and directly oversaw the Support Staff Team. The leadership I showed in this roll throughout the 2012 season and this Proposal led to my promotion to Summer Program Director for the 2013 camp season.
Tasks included creating and implementing various regularly scheduled programs including afternoon all-camp games and morning and evening productions. In this roll, I also created weekly camp schedules for the Support Staff Team and designed marketing materials for the camp store including postcards which can be seen below.
