During my final year at LOMC I worked as the Summer Program Director. In this position I managed a team of 25 staff members, oversaw and implemented the camp curriculum, and coordinated seasonal events. As part of this process, I interviewed, hired, and trained the summer staff members as well as maintained staff evaluations and continued staff development throughout the season. I also designed the camp curriculum and added five new summer programs, resulting in increased program revenue for the 2013 summer season.
The Executive Director of the camp wrote me a letter of recommendation following my final year at LOMC. In the letter he stated, "Alicia impressed me with her leadership from the beginning.
