During my first year at LOMC I had the chance to build out a camp program from inception to completion. The Mission Impossible program was a new program that had been scheduled without planning out the details and it fell upon me and my co-counselor to turn this program into a reality.
The program proved to be such a success that it became the most-requested camp for the following camp season and inspired additional camp programs along the same theme. My work on this program as well as others throughout the 2011 season led to my promotion to Support Staff Coordinator for the 2012 camp season.
